Classes
High Intensity Interval Training consists of short bursts of intense work intervals (typically between 15 seconds up to 3 or 4 minutes long) where you're working as hard as you can. Short rest periods of recovery (between 15 seconds and 2 minutes long) break up the work intervals. Work intervals involve the full range of movement patterns giving you an effective full body workout.
Perfect for all levels of fitness and strength as can be tailored accordingly, requires determination and effort.
Classes take place both within the studio (indoors on rubber matting) and yard space (outdoors on concrete), or field (outdoors on grass)
The HIIT workout is typically 30 minutes long with the additional class time allocated to warmup and cool down.

Looking for a new PT (Personal Trainer) who can provide quality private 1-2-1 coaching?
This can be a great gentle introduction to get you started or an effective way to ramp up your training to another level.
Our PT sessions are available at £40/hr and include programming & healthy lifestyle advice.
You can also buddy up with a partner or two or even three and create your own small group class. This can be an excellent way of working towards achieving goals specific to you both individually and collectively whilst sharing the experience with others. Smaller group classes can also enjoy PT at a discounted rate.

TOUGH FARMYARD 60
TOUGH is a session with a clue in the name. It includes a mix of Strongman (and women) functional type exercises. From Farmer Carries to sled push/pulls and tyre flips, this is a full throttle max horsepower workout. Can be adopted to cater for mixed ability plus add some grit and heat with some friendly competition.
Classes take place in the yard (outdoors on concrete), or field (outdoors on grass) in all weather conditions so be prepared to work hard to keep warm.
